Efficiency and Sharing
Energy and Transportation is an Area that Aaron has not yet gotten involved with. Aaron loves bikes and is concerned with global warming and ecosystem disruption and destruction. At Riverwest Building Company we believe that sharing cars and using bicycles whenever possible is a great way to stay connected with community, stay healthy, save money, and help preserve the earths ecosystems by consuming less, manufacturing less, and polluting less. We are also aware of the possibility of constructing small wind turbines on any properties that we might own or putting solar panels on the roofs of any building that we own or manage.

In a medium size city like Milwaukee Neighborhoods should be designed to allow someone to walk enjoyably to almost anywhere they would need to go. Some neighborhoods are like this others are not. Riverwest Building Company's favorite way to transport things is by bicycle. But in the America we have today which has been designed around the automobile. We feel like giving folks access to a vehicle is important. We would like to provide communal cars that can be rented out at low rates to community members who don't need a car all to themselves.
