The owner of Riverwest building company, Aaron Taylor Currently Manages two properties in Riverwest. One of which he lives in. Aaron believes that landloring is a morally difficult business as you are making profits from something which people need so there is a danger of exploitation. Aaron does his best to provide good apartments at good prices. He is very responsive to his tenant's needs. Beautifying the space inside and out is a big part of making a rental feel like a home.
We hope to continue to provide good affordable housing to people in need, without exploitation. Here, we follow a triple bottom line. People first, planet second, money last.
Starting in 2024 Riverwest Building Company has hired Garden Dreams MKE to help to create beautiful, colorful, sustainable, ecosystem friendly, edible and Medicinal garden features and hang out spaces at the properties that we manage.
